The roller peeler is suitable for continuous peeling of root products such as potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, beetroot, celery, etc. The machine consists of 10 or 12 peeling rollers, each coated with carborundum, and a transport screw, which moves the product to be peeled evenly through the machine.

The number of peeling rollers and the type of carborundum determine the efficiency of the machine.

The peeling rollers are mounted stepwise, according to the shape around the transport screw.

The peeling rollers are equipped with a quick release coupling for easy disassembly, and all rollers are driven by a timing belt pulley at different speeds, which ensures an optimal peeling effect and high efficiency.
The side panel can optionally be equipped with a hole for re-sticking.

Option:
It is possible to provide a control panel that controls the number of revolutions of the peeling rollers and has the ability to adjust the transport screw (independently of each other). The desired peeling effect can be optimally adjusted to each type of product.
