Challenge: client wanted to pack a selection of different types of cheese into a tray and pack it with less than <1% oxygen. They want to manually fill the trays but still reach a high output.  Also client likes to use different tray sizes and configurations

Project: for this projects we selected two machines in order to reach the required flexibility and output. The first machine is the PUMA and 2^nd the Panther FROM OUR Italian partner I.deapack.

In order to increase the speed we have added on both machines a tray de-stacker which could work flexible with different tray sizes and configurations.

Speed is important so we have extended the tray feeding area to make sure 6 persons can feed the trays at the same time

Implementation: both lines are running at required speed and with less than 1% oxygen in the package
