Challenge: one of the fastest growing coffee producers in Poland requested a line which could pack coffee beans in different volumes into a doypack with a de-gassing valve.

Project: for this projects we selected our RPL-260 linear doypack solution in combination with our 10 head multihead weigher.

Like in most of our project hygiene standards were very important here.        We have manufactured all our equipment including all conveyors in the highest stainless steel versions.

While packing coffee we have to deal with dust.
In order to limit the amount of dust we have integrated a special hopper design and a dust extraction unit.

Implementation: both lines are running at required speed of around 15bags/minute
